South Central Children’s Mental Health Initiative (SCCMHI)

The South Central Children’s Mental Health Initiative (SCCMHI) was developed in 2007 to improve the children’s mental health system in South Central Minnesota. The initiative brings together the Minnesota Department of Human Services and county mental health authorities from the member counties to redesign and implement new community-based mental health services for children. The participating counties include Blue Earth, Brown, Faribault, Freeborn, Le Sueur, Martin, Nicollet, Rice, Sibley, Waseca, and Watonwan.

Three Links Care Center

Three Links Care Center is a not-for-profit organization that prides itself for offering over a century of innovative caregiving in Northfield. Through these years, our services have focused on serving the elderly in our community. Everything we do is about our residents as we respond to the ever-changing care needs of the people we serve by developing timely, innovative programs and services. This includes a 102-bed, skilled nursing care facility with a secure special-care unit for those with advanced Alzheimer’s disease; The Cottages, supervised living in a home-like setting for those with memory loss; adult daycare, home health care, board and lodge with supportive services, independent senior living and a 44-unit assisted living complex. Our staff work hard to meet the individual needs of each resident in a caring and respectful manner. They are innovative and seek solutions that are in the best interest of the people we serve. We are committed to quality of life and the dignity of each individual. We have a heart for excellence.
